Application Forms
To submit an application to the London Office, please download the Grant Application Form.
For applications to the Tokyo office, please contact tokyo [at] gbsf.org.uk for the submission process.
For projects under the Butterfield Awards Programme please use the special Butterfield Award application form.
Application forms should be submitted to grants [at] gbsf.org.uk for the deadlines as indicated on the form, including any supplementary material. Once received and acknowledged, applications will be reviewed and any further information will be requested. If the application is eligible for our funding and matches our criteria, it will be then be submitted to our Trustees for review.
Please note, the acceptance of a grant application does not imply any obligation on the part of the Great Britain Sasakawa Foundation and applicants should not make any commitments in anticipation of an award.
